PhotoPrompt #30: Skies in the time of Covid

One of the benefits of the Covid-19 pandemic is clear blue skies. Virtually no air traffic = almost no pollution from flying machines = hardly any contrails = clear blue skies.

Indeed, it’s many years since I’ve seen the sky this blue. I often think, when I read history books and articles, that in centuries gone by, in the countryside at least, it must have been lovely and quiet, the skies must have been beautiful, and the air must have been breathable. Unfortunately, I suppose people were either too busy surviving or fighting to enjoy it.
